A student room generally consists of two twin rooms and one washroom. Two students share a twin room and the students of two twin rooms share a washroom. Each twin room includes:
- Two single beds (with mattress),
- Two sets of desks and chairs,
- Two sets of bookshelves and small cabinets,
- Two corkboards,
- Two wardrobes,
- A small refrigerator,
- A shoe cabinet,
- An air conditioner,
- Internet access (Ethernet / Wi-Fi), etc.
The utility unit charge (effective from 1/6/2023):
- Electricity: MOP1.27/kWh
- Water: MOP5.99/m^3
